Once, that was a badge of honour.

👔 Big teams.
🏢 Corner office.
🚘 Flashy car.
It 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 like success.

But the world is shifting.

🤖 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 are rewriting the rules.
The leaders of tomorrow won’t be measured by 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 they manage…

It’s about 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜.

A small, empowered team using AI as a force multiplier will outperform a bloated team clinging to old models.

The new badge of honour?
✅ Efficient.
✅ Effective.
✅ Digitally amplified.

Leaders of the future will say with pride:
