Seeing your hire in action. Before you hire them.

If you were hiring an actor, musician, or athlete, what would you do?

🎭 You'd see them on stage.
🎼 You’d watch them perform.
⚽ You’d see them in action.

But in business hiring, we don’t do this.

Instead, we:

❌ Ask them to describe their own performance (which is always biased).
❌ Rely on polished interview answers instead of real-world execution.
❌ Often hire the best talker, not the best performer.

But here’s the thing: You can see them in action.

The best hiring processes include:

✅ A live, real-world scenario.
✅ An audition-style challenge, replicating the actual role.
✅ A chance to watch them deliver—not just talk.

Hiring a salesperson? Watch them pitch a realistic offering.

Hiring a leader? Give them a live team challenge.

After all.....  if performance matters, then prove it before you hire.

Need help structuring an effective role-play or hiring scenario? And most important, determine the evaluation criteria?  Let’s talk.
