380km done. Empty legs. Full heart. Multipliers and bar-raisers.

✅ 𝟯𝟴𝟬𝗸𝗺 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝘀. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. Multipliers and bar-raisers.
Last week I posted in advance of my cycle ride from 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗼 for the Royal Far West charity.
🚴‍♂️ 94 riders. 380km. 3 days through the outback.
Blue skies. Red earth. Headwind!

Along the way, we visited schools and communities in 𝗖𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗿, 𝗡𝘆𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲.

Together, we raised over $𝟴𝟯𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 for country kids’ healthcare 🙌

But here’s what really stayed with me:

In a tough environment, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿.
We rode into strong headwinds. We supported each other. No one got left behind.

And the strongest riders? They didn’t race ahead.
They stayed with the group—𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.
They became 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗕𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀.
Because it’s not about how fast 𝘺𝘰𝘶 can go—it’s about how far we can go 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳.

That’s what great leadership looks like:
🎯 Clear purpose
🤝 Mutual support
🧭 Everyone pulling in the same direction

To everyone who supported the cause—thank you.
You didn’t just fund a ride.
You helped change the lives (and futures) of kids who really need it.
